Quality Initiatives
To ensure that customers can use our products with confidence, we have established a company-wide quality management system including not only the Technology Center but also sales departments and indirect departments, and utilize ISO9001 as an effective tool for quality improvement. We continue daily improvement activities so that quality improvement directly leads to customer satisfaction.
Environmental Initiatives
We have obtained ISO14001 certification, an international standard, and promote environmentally conscious business activities. In particular, for chemical substance management, which is frequently requested by customers, we have established a dedicated committee within the company and have a system that can properly respond to surveys related to chemSHERPA and conflict minerals. Additionally, we thoroughly consider environmental aspects from the product design stage, reflect this in the selection of parts and suppliers, build compliance systems for environmental regulations and customer requirements, and continuously conduct evaluation and continuous improvement of our initiatives.
